# Superhairpieces checkout handoff

Read in this order:
1. `brief.md`: goal, personas, pain points, scope, technical approach
2. `design-direction.md`: the V2 rules, every screen, copy, states, domain differences
3. `open-questions.md`: undecided items. Keep [BRACKET] placeholders until answered
4. `screens.md` and `screens/`: the visual reference for every frame

Also included:
- `tokens/`: brand tokens (colours, typography, spacing, radius, elevation). Fonts corrected to Poppins only.
- `assets/`: logo SVGs (charcoal on light, white on charcoal)
- `frame-source/`: canvas source for each frame, reference only

If the docs and a screen disagree, `design-direction.md` wins. Known example: pickup salons are never preselected, even though the canvas frame shows one selected.
